Here’s how the first routes will work.
Where will you offer service?
We’re starting with a small route in Wyandotte, Michigan. We’ll confirm coverage for your exact address before scheduling your first cleanup.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need safe access to your yard, an unlocked gate, and your dogs secured indoors during the visit.
Where does the bagged waste go?
Our starting service uses your designated outdoor trash bin, with your permission and only where local collection rules allow it. Off-site hauling is not included.
What if my yard hasn’t been cleaned in a while?
That’s what initial cleanups are for. Tell us when the yard was last cleaned so we can agree on a separate first-cleanup price before the work begins.
Can I choose an exact arrival time?
We assign a regular weekday based on your neighborhood’s route. Arrival times vary, and we’ll send an on-the-way notification.
What happens with snow or unsafe weather?
We’ll notify you and reschedule where possible if conditions prevent a safe, effective cleanup. We don’t charge for a visit we cannot deliver. Any additional reset cost after a long interruption is agreed in advance.
How will payments and cancellation work?
Complete signup through our Sweep&Go booking page. Review your quoted price, payment schedule, and cancellation terms there before enrolling. We offer weekly service with no long-term contract.
